Go to dorics house (north west of falador) and ask him if you can use his anvils. He will say no and that you can use them if you get him 2 iron, 6 clay and 4 copper.

Go to any mining place ( the one in port sarim is the best option) and mine the ores you need. If you don't have 15 mining i'm sure someone will spare you some =).

Go back to doric with the ores and claim your reward.
